Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: Updated on 12th September 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the United Nations Digital Assets Organization (UNDAO) website and participation in our programs or events. By accessing our website and/or engaging with UNDAO content, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. About Us

This website is operated by the United Nations Digital Assets Organization (“we”, “us”, “our”).

The United Nations Digital Assets Organization (UNDAO) is an independent, sovereign-neutral organization architecting the future of digital assets, AI-driven governance systems, and multilateral coordination.

We bridge the gap between technological velocity and global coordination capacity. By strategically aligning with the UN SDG framework as a universal compliance architecture recognized by 193 sovereign states, UNDAO provides the sovereign-neutral interoperability layer required for the convergence of AI and programmable capital.

UNDAO aims to reduce the trust tax on global innovation by engineering the standards, intelligence, and execution infrastructure that turn regulatory fragmentation into distribution leverage.
